A painting/sound performance made in two sittings.

The first painting was exposed in the studio facing due east as the sun moved through the window from 9:30 – 10:00 on January 28^th 2013, whilst recording my thoughts through a microphone plugged into GarageBand.

The second painting was exposed a week later, over the previous effort, from 13:30 – 14:00 on February 4^th 2013, facing due south in the back garden, whilst recording my thoughts into an iPhone.

The result is a painting made of two exposures, one on top of the other; and two sound recordings, one overlaying the other. Both record the same events using two different languages: painting and sound.
